Changes to Connected Foleo Softener & 5800 XTRi Valve

​Pentair has announced that the connectivity features of the Foleo Softener and 5800 XTRi valve will be discontinued.

From 25 June 2026, connected services via the Pentair apps will no longer be available. The units will remain fully functional as water softeners, but without app-based connectivity or remote monitoring.

We kindly ask you to inform your reseller network to ensure full transparency towards end customers.
